A little guidance.
A clearer path.

Open Workflow, then Projects, and create a new project. Add your site details and equipment, then check that the correct project is active before using a calculator. The manual walks through setup and each tool.

Start the free trial in the app to try all tools for 14 days. When the trial ends, String Sizing and Sun Path & Tilt stay free and your projects remain viewable. The remaining tools require the one-time Premium unlock. The trial does not automatically charge you.

Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account used for the purchase. Open the app’s Premium purchase screen and select Restore Purchases while connected to the internet. If access does not return, email us with your device, app version and any error message.

Never send your Apple Account password or payment card details.

Check that both devices use the same iCloud account and that Sync with iCloud is enabled in Sun Sizer Pro’s settings. Reopen the app after changing the setting, connect both devices to the internet and allow time for syncing.

If a project is still missing, contact us before deleting the app or its data.

The calculators work offline. An internet connection is needed for purchases, restoring purchases and syncing changes between devices through iCloud.

Available measurements depend on your device and its sensors. Check camera permission in your device settings, use a well-lit scene, and follow the tool’s instructions. Use typed measurements where available. On Mac, use the typed-input alternatives.

Confirm the active project, units, equipment specifications and site assumptions. Review the individual check statuses and any missing inputs. A passing check applies to that calculation; it does not certify an entire installation. Production and savings figures are estimates.

If a result still looks incorrect, send us the inputs, the displayed result and what you expected.

Use the app’s export or share control to create a report. If content is missing or cut off, tell us which tool or project you exported, and attach a screenshot or sample report with any personal or client information removed.
