Explore an offline catalog of 3,000+ peaks, find nearby summits and build a personal checklist. Log repeat visits, collect individual mountain stamps, complete regional collections and earn milestones. Collection ordering is provisional; stamp silhouettes are stylized, not navigation maps.
Proof with a clear distinction
Manually logged summits have their own label. When a fresh GPS fix and elevation match the summit reference, confirm your visit in the app—or directly on Apple Watch during a hike. Catalog points are not route maps.
Progress that adds up
Explore your SkyRise steps, distance and elevation by day, week, month and lifetime. Celebrate personal bests and familiar height/distance milestones. Pro adds interactive trends, comparisons and a journal with photos and memories.
Room for the bigger picture
Review your progress on iPad. Optional Apple Health sync carries supported workouts; iCloud carries your name, avatar and preferences. Keep personal goals and journeys, and exchange private challenge invitations and progress updates manually through sharing.
Also built in: feet/meters, quick A → B height changes, set zero, hold reading, known-elevation calibration and optional pressure. Requires iOS/iPadOS 17 or later and watchOS 10 or later. Some integrations need newer versions. Hardware and permissions affect available measurements. SkyRise is not a navigation or emergency service.

Be in the right place at the right time, and SkyRise brings a local solar eclipse into your landscape. Partial, annular and total eclipse effects follow the estimated local phase, with captured weather layered over the scene.
Record a qualifying hike during the eclipse to earn In the Moon’s Shadow. Keep the moment as a card or a 10-second video: the sun holds its place, the moon glides across it, and the sky dims before a gentle award glow.
Eclipse effects, earned awards, keepsake images and videos are free. Like summit rewards, they do not require Pro or use your complimentary video. Choose whether to include location, route and hike statistics.
