Stone Bird

This policy explains how Stone Bird, published by Chie Collection (“Chie”, “we”, “us”), handles information. Features vary by platform and version.
Stone Bird stores game progress locally and uses Apple services for iCloud saves, Game Center and purchases. We do not operate a Chie account system or collect gameplay through a Chie analytics server.
Game data and local storage
The game stores progress, save slots, scores, achievements, difficulty, unlocks, pilot or logbook information and settings needed to continue playing. These records are kept in app storage. They are not used for advertising.
iCloud saves
When iCloud is available, supported progress and settings can synchronize through Apple’s iCloud key-value service across your devices. Apple handles this data in connection with your Apple Account. Turning off iCloud or deleting the local app does not necessarily erase existing cloud saves. Manage iCloud data and backups through Apple’s settings.
Game Center
If you sign in to Game Center, the game uses your Game Center player identity to submit and retrieve scores and achievements and display leaderboards. Your display name and scores may be visible to other players according to Game Center’s features and settings. This data is sent to Apple; it is not a claim that all gameplay information remains on-device. You can manage Game Center sign-in and profile privacy in your Apple settings.
Purchases, choices and retention
App Store purchases unlock supported content. Local and synchronized saves persist so you can continue your game. Use the game’s save-slot controls to manage saved progress, and manage Game Center information, iCloud data and backups separately through Apple. Removing the app does not remove Apple’s transaction or Game Center records. Apple services are governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.
Purchases and system diagnostics
Where purchases are available, Apple or Google processes payments and supplies purchase status to unlock or restore features. We do not receive your payment-card details or store password. The stores may make transaction, sales, crash and performance reports available to developers under their policies and your device settings. We use this information to operate and improve the app.
Advertising and tracking
We do not sell personal information, use app content for advertising, or include advertising or third-party analytics SDKs in the app. Platform services described in this policy operate under their own privacy terms.
Support and privacy requests
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond and resolve your request, retaining correspondence only as needed for support and applicable obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion of information you sent us at tachena@chie.design. We cannot retrieve or delete on-device content or private cloud data we do not hold. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, obtain a copy, or complain to your local privacy authority.
Children’s privacy
We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through a Chie account or app server. If you believe a child has sent us personal information directly, contact us so we can address it.
This website
This policy covers the app. Visiting chie.design is separate from using the app. The website is hosted with OpenAI Sites and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Those services may process technical information such as your IP address and request details to deliver the website. See the OpenAI Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy. Opening Instagram or another external link is subject to that service’s policies.
Changes and contact
